The bandages on the fingers really add to the shot. I don't think it would be quite as good without them. Also, you did a nice job with the exposure, it's right on for getting the sense of light and dark, and drawing attention to what's in the light.

I'm assuming the blur was intentional, correct?

I really like the way the hands look almost disembodied, that's very haunting and a very cool effect!
